We do not have a copy of anybody’s inventory

Worth saying first because of what this site is about. We have not downloaded any water system’s service line inventory, we hold no table of addresses and materials, and we could not look your address up for you if you asked.

The record belongs to your utility. We only tell people it exists.

No form, anywhere

No form, no lookup box, no account, no email capture, no chat window. Every page is a fixed file written before you arrived. You cannot give this website your address because it has nowhere to put it.

So reading every page here and never telephoning leaves us knowing nothing whatever about you.

What a call to us records

A ZIP code and a description of the problem, so the call can reach a contractor who covers your area. Your number arrives because you dialed, with the time and the length of the call.

Not your name, not your street address, and not what any document says about your line.

Who the call reaches

To the contractor who answers, because they cannot price a job they have not heard described. Nowhere else.

We do not sell contact details, we do not build lists out of calls, and we do not pass anything to any water system.

Wiping the record

Write to hello@nxtaflow.com with the number you called from and ask. It is the only thing the record is filed under, which is the other side of never having asked your name.
